Its main products have the use of the material for all-wool (sometimes to add woven strength and abrasion resistance mixed with no more than 10% of nylon staple fiber, still called all-wool woven products) all-wool spinning, wool viscous or wool nylon viscous blend and so on. If it is pure wool products, its material ratio is generally used for quality count 60-64 of branch wool or first-class improved wool 80% or more, combed short hair 20% or less. And its blended product material use is quality count 60-64 or first-class wool 50%-70%, combed short wool 20% or less, viscose fiber and synthetic fiber 20%-30% blend.
Maiden tweed has a fine and flat appearance, elasticity, solid bones, and a fine pile covering the bottom grain of the fabric, which has outstanding wear resistance, no pilling, good warmth, and water and wind resistance, etc. It is one of the advanced products of coarse spinning tweed.
